Mayhems Soft Tubing Ranges
Soft flexible tubing is the starting point for custom loop water cooling. Mayhems now have two soft tubing options:
Mayhems Soft Tubing - Ultra Flex PVC
- All-round balanced tubing with good levels of transparency, flexibility, and kink resistance.
- Tighter bend radius vs kink resistance than soft PVC tubing from most of our competitors.
- Choose if you have a small case or are planning tight bends.
Mayhems Soft Tubing - Hyper Clartiy PVC
- Market leading high clarity / low haze formulation for unprecedented coolant colour vibrancy.
- A little stiffer than Mayhems Ultra Flex with slightly larger bend radius vs kink resistance.
- Choose if want to prioritise aesthetics above all else
Mayhems Hard Tubing Ranges
Mayhems Glass Tubing
Mayhems Glass Tubing is made from borosilicate glass. Glass tubing is the most premium clear hard tubing option available but also the most difficult to work with. Key considerations with Mayhems Glass Tubing are:
- The highest clarity and transparency of any clear tubing in the PC Water Cooling industry.
- Sold in both straight pieces and pre bent 90 degree pieces for convenience.
- Requires special glass cutting tools.
- More fragile than plastic based alternatives.
Mayhems Acrylic (PMMA) Tubing - (Coming Soon)
Mayhems Acrylic (PMMA) tubing is our most premium plastic based clear hard tubing option. Key considerations with Mayhems Acrylic (PMMA) Tubing are:
- The highest clarity and transparency of any plastic based hard tubing.
- Sold in both straight pieces and pre bent 90 degree pieces for convenience.
- Harder to work with than PETG due to it being harder and more brittle.
- Higher melting point make custom bend work more difficult than with PETG.
Mayhems PETG Tubing - (Coming Soon)
PETG Tubing is considered a more beginner friendly option for those who want a clear hard tubing option. Key considerations with Mayhems PETG Tubing are:
- Excellent clarity though not as high as acrylic (PMMA).
- Sold in both straight pieces and pre bent 90 degree pieces for convenience.
- Lower melting point make custom bend work easier than with acrylic (PMMA).
- Low melting point (70C) increases risk of leak due to high coolant temperatures
Mayhems Carbon Fiber Tubing - (Coming Soon)
Mayhems Carbon Fiber Tubing is new option for those looking for something unique. Key considerations with Mayhems Carbon Fiber Tubing are:
- Extremely strong and light weight with unique premium aesthetic.
- Only available in straight pieces and not suitable for custom bending.
- Specific tools required for cutting.
- High strength and durability plus low coefficient of thermal expansion and low water permeability make leaks/failure a thing of the past.
